I had my vehicle stolen in Washington, I live in Oregon. I was very upset with how high the tow prices are!! I've already been through the wringer with having to come out frequently and deal with it. ANYWAYS, point being: Ott gave me a fair price, without being rude about it. AND, RACHEAL ANDRUS, totally rocks! She was super Cool with My Van, taking a good 30 minutes to shimmy My Van all the way down. Because of the damaged ignition and column, we weren't able to put in neutral. She never charged me extra for all that extra work neither. But the respect that She showed my vehicle, in which I am very attached to, now that Goes a Long way in my book!! One final thought, I overpaid Racheal by 5 bucks, and She told me so. Handed me my money back. So of you want integrity, respect, and a Woman whom is as good as any guy, call OTT!
