Great service! I was able to get my 2000 Ford Ranger in right away and got it back same day at a reasonable rate! I needed immediate help and had gone to two other shops, both of which couldn’t even look at my truck, when I arrived at Otwell’s. Mr. OTWELL helped me personally and had his mechanic verify what he thought, then gave me a reasonable price and promised it would be ready in a few hours! He even came to my home and picked me up when it was ready!

I work about a mile from here. When I got off work, I noticed my undercarriage splash guard was dragging on the floor. I was scared to drive on the freeway with it dragging. It was about 5pm, every auto shop in the area was closing and I desperately went in after visiting 3 other places, and they were able to help me out. They pinned the dragging piece and replaced the plastic screws at no charge. The technician (tall, slender, caucasian man) noticed my tire pressure light was on and took the initiative to put air. Extremely kind and compassionate staff. I opted to tip him due to the service and level of professionalism in my time of desperation.
