Scott did an outstanding job with our manufactured home inspection. He examined a Fleetwood made in 2012 that included a detached 2-car garage, 2 sheds, one of which was a 20x12 Tuff Shed, as well as a covered deck attached by the previous owner with a TON of custom electrical work that required inspection. The inspection was scheduled for 2.5 hours, but Scott spent over 3 hours doing his inspection and he was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed to discuss all of the issues he uncovered whether they were big or small. His attention to detail is EXACTLY what you would hope for in a home inspection. When I wrote the check out to Scott, I seriously felt like he was under-charging me for his service. Scott is also one of the most friendly and decent individuals you may ever meet. I recommend Scott 100% and if I ever need another home inspection of any sort, he's going to be the first person I call. AAA+ service!!
