I had some "operator head gap" issues with my battery operated Genie garage door opener (the unit on the outside by the garage door). Martin listened to my complaint and then, with patience and understanding, explained how it worked and even showed me how to change the key code. He also gave the entire system a checkup and showed me how to change the button battery in my remote. I'm so grateful for his help. Their number is posted on my refrigerator and I recommend Overhead Door.

I got a recommendation for Overhead Door Company. I called and spoke to Mike regarding the issue with my garage door. He came out the next day and an examined the garage door. The garage door had been indented in several places. It looked like someone hit the garage door with their car. When we used the remote, it sounded as if the door would come crashing down. I wished I had take a picture of the door before it got replaced. Mike emailed me that afternoon with a quote. The quote I felt was fair. We were able to schedule an appointment the 2 days later. The 2 gentlemen that came out to replace our door did an excellent job. The door runs smoothly and sounds quieter than our old garage door. We had someone else the week before come out and give us a quote to repair or replace the garage door. My husband waited 4 days. He had to call the garage door company because they never called him back. When he did call the company, the person only gave him a quoted to repair the garage door. The cost I felt was quite high to replace 3 panels. The company did not call my husband back to give him a quote on replacing the garage door. My husband called back an hour or so later to get a quote for the replacement of the door. The person on the phone could not give him a quote because the person that does the quotes left for the day. They did call my husband the following Monday to give him the quote for replacement of the garage door after we had the garage door replaced on Thursday the week before by Overhead Door Company.

I’m so pleased with the work Justin did completing our Home Depot purchased unit install today. We had some problems with the initial installation completed by another fellow. But the manager was helpful and sent Justin out and all looks and works beautiful now. Thank you, Overhead Door and Justin for making everything work great today! 😊 I recommend requesting Justin to do your work!
