Great experience with this company! We have an old garage door that got seriously jammed. Called the company and they had Zack come out today. He got right to work, was very capable and confident, and somehow managed to get the door working perfectly within a short period of time. Great customer service all the way around and when we replace this door, we'll definitely be calling this company based on the service we received today.

Excellent customer service and work performance. Jodie scheduled me quickly and at my convenience. Austin was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the replacement of our garage door springs that broke. Highly recommended!

I had occasion to contact Overhead Door today. I needed quick help to repair a bracket on my garage door. If not repaired today I would have to leave my vehicle out on the street. THAT stressed me...so many vehicle thefts lately. Anyway, Rigo answered. He could not fit me in for an appointment but he did help me...who does that these days? He searched the warehouse for the part I needed and gave me tips for installing it correctly. I repeat....who does that these days. I drove to the OHD store, purchased the part needed. I successfully made the repair and my vehicle is safely off the street. Thank you Rigo for your kindness and your expert tips.
