I was on time. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes then i waited in the treatment room for another 20 minutes. Then the dr came in he had a mask on and he was very difficult to understand, when he was talking to me about the procedure he then told me it was a 2 hour appointment, which would of been nice to know when I made the appointment back in February since I had a appointment with a different doctor in issaquah. At the time of making the appointment in February it would have been nice to know that I shouldn’t massage after the appointment I had to cancel a massage. . It would have been helpful to have some sort of explanation about the procedure and what I was about to endure. The dr was in a hurry (since I had been waiting for 40 minutes) he told me I was on his schedule until noon and that I probably shouldn’t plan to massage since I was going to poked with needles and would have bandaids on my hands. The procedure was painful the dr was in a hurry, I broke down and cried had a panic attack. The dr then showed me some compassion he slowed down with what he was doing. I hope to never have this procedure again or have to have any treatment from this dr. Overall my experience was not good.

Great experience all around. Check-in process was straightforward and mostly done through the app. Staff was very friendly and professional. And most importantly, Dr. Llewellyn Packia Raj is excellent at his practice. Attentive and listened patiently throughout. He was considerate of helping to manage short-term symptoms of back pain but also demonstrated his expertise by recommending a sustainable long-term strategy.
