Dr. Nayak is very thorough, she is so patient with my mother who has a few ongoing chronic medical condition, she took her time to listen, and addressed all of her concerns. I am so happy that we have her as our family doctor. Her office staff, the front desk, MAs are also super nice, the phlebotomist at overlake kirkland location is the best. my mother is very hard stick, she got the blood with one try. highly recommend this clinic!

Great office, super nice staff and I like Dr. Chan's ability to support my medical needs. It feels like after 50 years old, all sorts of medical issues arise and it's great to have a primary care doctor that is supportive and understanding.

Dr. Andrea Gonzalez + staff are extremely caring and comforting. They make me feel safe and I feel like I can tell them exactly what my concerns are and feel heard and respected.
