Dr. Boparai has been my eye doc for 7 years now. He has managed my eye pressure effectively during that entire time through several changes in medication. I can still see because of him. He knows what he's doing. And he's pleasant to work with.
In addition, the staff is pleasant, effective and efficient.
Do not recommend their optical store due to their poor customer service. When I went in there was no one at the store and the lady at the optical barely acknowledged us and told my kid (who was the customer) to stop touching the glasses - she was picking out the frames). She changed her tune once she realized we had insurance and intended to order. Do not take your kids here as she could not get a straight measurement at all- she measured her over 6 times. We went here based on the reviews here but now I think these are all fake based on our experience. After all this do you think we got our glasses? No their disgusting customer service continues to after order was placed. They did not convey to us glasses had been made after a month when I called she was extremely rude and said they were not ready but they billed insurance even without delivering the hardware. I still don’t have the glasses after 4 months and they lied to my insurance company.
Edit: The optical store now has a note they do not accept customers under 12. I will give you some kudos for recognizing your staff are not equipped to help kids.
