I was referred to this place. It is the most unprofessional place ever. I come to my appointment and instead of their office notifing ahead of time that my insurance wont cover I find out at the apt ill have a shared cost. Now receptionist rudely made me wait and miss my apt when I clearly expressed that is fine. She then kept saying iam not billing its not my fault the referral people did this. So unprofessional. So I finally get to see the physian who basically just states all he needs is my previous labs. I will get a bill now for 10 minutes with the physician and being treated poorly by front desk. Bill will probably in the hundreds. Not worth going too there is other GI doctors out there.

Called to schedule as the online website says the provider we want is accepting new patients, but staff (Felicia) says it’s not. Her communication was so poor like she was disinterested in her work. She can’t give out any useful information and acted like we dissatisfied her just by simply asking.
