We had to return to Dr. Lemery’s practice with questions about my son’s dental care, some time after being fully done with treatment. The staff, especially Dr. Lemery, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what was happening and our current choices and related costs. We were not charged for this consultation. Thank you for your quality of care.

From the moment I entered and was greeted by the receptionist who was pleasant, competent and professional; to JJ, whose technical and communication skills are at the highest level; to Dr. Ng whose expertise, compassion and attention to detail as well as powerful active listening skills, I could not have asked for such a wonderful experience. They also helped my daughter, who is extremely happy and grateful to Dr. Ng and his entire team. I cannot recommend all of the exceptional people at the Overlake Orthodontist Team highly enough. We were referred to Dr. Lemery and Dr. Eng's overlake Orthodontics by our dentist, and I feel grateful for having a consultation with them. The office is well-organized and pretty efficient. Everyone on the staff is kind and helpful, from front desk, to the assistant JJ. Dr. Eng is not only knowledgeable & skilled, but also sincere, caring, and a very clear & concise communicator. I really appreciate how he presented his recommendations, and how he took time to answer every single question that popped up my mind, without any rush or reserves. There was a pleasant vibe in the office. On top of all that, I love their conservative approach in diagnosis & treatment. I was also happy to learn that both doctors work together on each patient's case. Highly recommend!
