We are between homes right now and are so thankful to have a peaceful place to park for a few months. Jessica and Dustin are so welcoming and have become friends quickly. They are working hard everyday and it shows. The bathrooms and laundry room on site are so great. Being able to take a hot shower after work and do laundry on site is such a blessing. We are so thankful that we pulled into overland station. I highly recommend stopping here for a short or long stay. Great prices on their lots.

Quiet and Relaxing atmosphere with well maintained grounds that are children and pet friendly the staff are always on top of things they have went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible also another plus it is an illegal drug free park family oriented place with good people stop in and say hello you’ll end up staying

I live there for a year or two while back. Management was trying to clean the place up and get rid of the druggies or bad people in the park..but I left do to the manager wife..telling to stop complaining about my neighbor or she kick out so to stop the situation with the neighbor I just move to a new location..also I think when I was there I was paying little more than 500 and the water and dryer coin operated so and was a high cost when you was on disability .
I didn't have to bad of the time there until the issue with the neighbor.
