Overton Security is above and beyond a quality security company in San Jose that has astounded me on several occasions while attending their events and at a client commercial building. I especially enjoy their latest technology.

The Director, Mr. Ray Coleman of the East Bay Bridge location is very incomptent, unorganized, lazy, and lies about everything. The guards have been requesting a new patrol vehicle for some time. However, he constantly states their is a nre vehicle coming. The vehicle is nasty, dirtly, the tires and truck is in a bad condtion and the vehicle needs a tune up. Also, the windows are off track and barley goes up and down. Moreover, there seems to be a occupational hazard due to bird droppings and nothing has been done about it. The office is dirty and Mr. Coleman lacks communication, organizational, and leadership skills. He's just a live body walking around stating he is the captin. However, he is very very rude and uneducated about rules, right, laws, and regukations. I forsee Mr, Coleman bringing a lot of lawsuits to the company due to him being incomptent.

These "Security" "guards" are contracted by owners of a certain condominium/apartment company in the California Central Valley. I put both words in quotations because they don't secure anything, and they certainly don't guard anything. I've scanned through the reviews for these people and it looks to me like they're so highly rated because complex-owners rate them that way, most likely for a discount.
They never patrol the area. They are nowhere to be found when homeless wanderers break into cars, or literally pass out on the front steps of a tenant's home. They only show up for 5 minutes a night to have the tenants cars towed - for being parked in their own driveway. They're rude, and refuse to identify themselves when asked (except for one, a so-called supervisor who smugly said his name was simply "Shamir").
My experience with these people has led me to believe that anyone hiring them is not to be trusted. If you do see them, I recommend you park your car somewhere safer. Like on the street. A block away.
