Was looking for an electrician in Bay Area and found Jeff Owens through (very positive) google reviews. We called him, explained our problems, he was at our house in the next couple of hours, handled repairs very quickly. I would highly recommend Jeff Owens, he is very professional, has been in business for years, answered all my questions, very customer focused and most of all he knows what he is doing!!! The BEST!!!

My solar system quit working and I called Owen's based on feedback from his other customers. Jeff walked me through troubleshooting my system and and gave me a lot of advice over the phone. My inverter was the cause of my system failure and he got a new one for me, got it installed quickly and showed me how to set it up to monitor through an app on my phone. He also identified my panels as models implicated in a class action lawsuit and got me set up with a claim to have them all replaced at no cost. Jeff was very responsive throughout and totally up front about the costs, which were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jeff's services.

Called on Jeff for emergency light repair at one of our commercial customer locations in San Carlos, CA. He was on site within 45 min, and performed required work within 2 hrs! Customer was elated with his service. Jeff has demonstrated the rapid response and technical expertise needed to retain customers and secure repeat business. Owens Electric is now going to be the go to for Orion Energy Systems in the San Carlos area. Great company to work with!
