We've used the Owl for over 35 years and do so because of their knowledge and willingness to take the time to answer our questions. The negative posts are certainly not indicative of the service we have received over the years.

Several bad experiences.....MD called in prescription twice, one I called to make sure it was there they claimed it was never called in. Repeated calls back and forth to MD and pharmacy. Another time they insisted I had no insurance, gave them my insurance card, many calls back and forth to insurance company and pharmacy. I always wind up speaking with a tech who is ultimately unable to answer my questions. A simply medication turns into an afternoon of irritation.

Very nice staff, except for one tech at the clarkston location, which another tech apologized for. Cheaper prices for my medication at rite aid but i enjoy the nice pharamacists at owl lewiston, and most at clarkston, as long as they remain open i will be a loyal customer!! Thank you owl pharmacy staff and pharmacists!!!
