When I decided to sell my home in 2018, I wanted to have Wilson Leung help me because of the very professional members of his crew. We met and he gave me the scope of his real estate expertise. He has a group of young professionals who helped do comparative analysis of the current market price, to evaluate the curbside appeal, to do the necessary yard work, what needs to be cleared out of my townhouse for staging. He also gave a three month timeline for the open houses for the public as well as to other real estate agents.
All the steps went very smoothly and I had three offers to consider three months later. I was given enough time to after closing to do a major move back to Honolulu.
