This maybe the best Ramen in this area. It certainly was the best I have had in these parts. Ox Bone deserves a greater recognition. I arrived today around 2PM, just in time to have lunch and make their 2:30 afternoon break. I had the Ox Miso, it was outstanding. Also the staff, or the wait person, I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance also adds a premium feel to the dining experience.

As someone who has tried many ramen, I was attracted by the name and rating of this restaurant, unfortunately, it was a disappointment in many ways; you can tell that they used convenient ingredients as replacement. For example, chives instead of the green scallions, a lot cheaper and longer storage time. A typical Raman usually comes with eggs but you would have to pay extra for eggs here. We tried their signature dish, which is the ox bone soup, however the beef tasted sweet and artificial (I ordered the spicy one) like those pre-cooked pulled meat from supermarket, along with other strange things, carelessly thrown together. It was not ramen at all, but they used thin Italian spaghetti pasta.
