PacWest replaced my 15+ yr old water heater and upgraded the set up to make it safer for us. They worked with my budget and availability and helped me prioritize for the long term. Both Justin and Justin were informative, professional, thorough and relatable- from inspection/assessment, planning/quoting and install. I highly recommend them! We will be calling again for some bathroom upgrades as soon as the budget allows.

Justin is my go to plumber from now on. Our Water line burst from the cold, Justin was willing to work late on Saturday night just to help us out. he was able to fix the problem quickly and was super helpful explaining how our homes plumbing worked so we didn't have this issue again. Great person to work with!
