I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Aire and their employees. Brandon came out to check out our AC condenser. We thought it was about 15-20 years old. No, it was 28 years old!! Brandon took sufficient time to check out our condenser and found that it was leaking air as well as oil. He took pictures to show us as well. He was not only very friendly and respectful, he was efficient and a hard worker. Our furnace was the same age, so my husband and I decided it was time to change them out. We were lucky to get that many years out of them! Long story short, they were able to come out the following 2 days to install our HVAC system! They arrived punctually at 7am. Cody, David, Cesar, Tyler, and Gustavo were an amazing team of young men that worked efficiently and timely. They said they would probably take 3 days to finish the job, but they were done in 2! They were SO polite and friendly. Their supervisor, Chris, came out the second day, and I could only rave about his workers. They were careful about putting on booties over their shoes, and, due to duct work, they laid out paper, so as not to track dirt everywhere. Cody kept me apprised of all the work, as well as explaining how our new thermostat worked. My recommendation is that all these young men get raises, or if that’s not possible, treat them to a great meal at a bar and grill! (Including alcohol!). Penny & Don Robison
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Why you say? I'm glad you asked...I originally called to switch companies for our exsiting system's biannual maintenance. What they found up there that the previous company did was so bad that even I looked at it and immediately said that can't be right (and I know nothing about AC systems). The equipment was wrong and the duct work was not just wrong but a nightmare. It now made sense why we were having so many issues.
Jonathan and his crew were nothing but amazing. They even took extra time and effort to work around my 18 month old's midday nap (which if you have toddlers, you know can make or break the entire rest of the day!!). They were also great with my dog. They were nice, courteous, explained things clearly and thoroughly, cleanly, just the best!
Highly recommend using as maintenance service, to check your existing set up, or to install a whole new system. After all, it isn't getting any cooler each year.
2ND REVIEW: We also used Pacific Aire for our attic insulation needs. Jose and Austin were great and fast! They took one day to complete what I thought was a four day job, but nothing was skipped or over looked! We checked. 😀 Again, great with my son and my dog, courteous, informative, cleanly, just great all around. We are very pleased and look forward to continued service from them.
BTW, the girl who answers the phone is awesome too! (Sorry, I don't know your name lady who answers phone. 😕) She was a big reason I felt so confident going forward with using Pacific Aire in the first place. She was knowledgeable and not pushy at all like some places can be when I initially called for general info. I always appreciate when sales people don't try to coerce you into using them.
Shout out to Ivan C. Ivan did an amazing job as my technician. He was efficient and never rushed his work. He took his time explaining everything in a non-patronizing manner which I greatly appreciated! Ivan took great pictures as well, which supported the recommendations for my units. I even enjoyed learning that Ivan shares a deep passion for dogs and animals just like my family. Ivan was fantastic! I highly recommend Ivan and Pacific Aire.
