Josuha, arrived in a timely manner ready to get after it. Took measurements, calculated cost, presented proposal, offering additional Scott Guard , inquired about any known spots. Within 10 minutes had equipment in place to start his task. After completing job I was shocked at the cleaning that had taken place , areas of heavy traffic looked new ! Josh was very attentive to my needs and fulfilled my expectations . Highly recommend this process and Josuha at the helm, this is from a critic of most carpet cleaning processes, had low expectations thinking all process are the same, I was wrong! Is there a 5+ rating let your tip reflect it for this carpet tech go Josh
