I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Khosla at her beautiful new office in Menlo Park. My 12-year-old daughter needed a mole removed, and Dr. Khosla’s compassion, expertise and care made all the difference!
The office itself is absolutely gorgeous and modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, making my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Khosla’s expertise and gentle approach were evident throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. The mole removal was done efficiently and with great precision. She not only provided top-notch medical care but also showed genuine concern for my daughter's well-being. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients. I'll start by saying Dr Khosla is incredibly kind and helpful, and the office is bright and updated. That's where my positive experience ends.
I've visited the office three times. On the first visit, they were running an hour late and I had to call back more than once to get my prescriptions filled (which never happened even after calling, luckily I had extra from my previous provider.)
On the second visit, I was on time, but my prescriptions were called in under the wrong name, and 1 of the 3 wasn't called in at all.
On the third visit, I was scheduled for a facial with an esthetician. She told me she was running 30-45 minutes late and when I said I couldn't wait, they not only didn't make any attempt to rectify the situation, they had the audacity to still charge my insurance for an office visit.
I will not be returning. It's clear my time is not valuable, and they're only interested in making money, not providing excellent care.
