The front desk needs to take training classes to learn how to talk to people, especially with their new patients. While my visit with the PA was ok, the front desk were the rudest and most inconsiderate people ever. Even at check in they were just staring at me and awkward.
I was scheduled for a biopsy and they didn’t give me a treatment plan or estimate as to how much my out of pocket would be. I called yesterday to add more things to my biopsy for the next visit and one of the ladies there gave me attitude and tried telling me that I wasn’t even scheduled for a biopsy (even though the PA told me it would be a 20 min appt.)
Throughout the whole phone call she sounded like she was in a hurry and kept giving me attitude and used words like “I guess.”
When I asked her another question regarding a prescription and the pharmacy, she literally sighed. :|
Get another front desk team if you want to represent your company better.
