Meet with the staff and Dr. and they were very happy and cordial. Got right down to business and took care of all my needs. Extremely happy and will be back in one year for my follow up thank you again for all you do.

They canceled my appt for today with no advance notice. When I arrived for my appointment, I noticed that no patients were in the waiting room. The office staff said that my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t respond to their voicemail the day before by calling them back. Also, their texts don’t allow a C to confirm an appointment and I had responded to their email by checking in for my appointment early through APPatient(TM) app the day before my appointment. When I then explained to the office staff that I never received a voicemail and asked if a provider could still see me, the truth came out. The office staff explained there is no provider available today and that all appointments had been cancelled the day before. I’ve never experienced this with other medical offices and recommend an evaluation of their appointment scheduling and cancellation system. Also suggest new office staff that are more honest with their patients.

The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Carmen was very friendly and knowledgeable with the utmost care and efficiency. I love this place! 😊
