made a appointment for a very specific blood draw... had several tubes of blood taken even left a urine sample an was told after they need more blood to find out 2 weeks later the main test I was in for was done incorrectly due to not enough blood. Very upset as this is a very important test and time sensitive test.

Most of the people that work there are great but today I had someone pretty rude and kept giving directions to the bathroom the same way even though I didn’t understand it. All the way down and to the right is fine but all the way down where? “ It’s to the left, all the way down the hall, and then to the right. I think being professional means not repeating the same directions even though the patient doesn’t understand what you’re saying. Lame service. 5 stars for everyone else.
