Came here to buy a Pacific range hood. The saleslady went into great detail introducing the different models and their features. Very helpful. English wasn't her native language but I was able to understand without a problem. When I finally ended up buying a cheaper model, she had no problem with that and quickly went and grabbed one from the warehouse in back. After I paid and took the unit to my car, the saleslady came running after me. I had forgotten 30 dollars in change and she came out to give it to me. Needless to say I was very appreciative of her honesty.
