We had ordered some extrusion from PIH to be installed on a waterjet. I arrived on the customer site in Chicago and during disassembly all of the t-nuts seized and broke off (which were intended to be reused). I called in a panic and Marianne was very helpful in identifying the proper replacement and shipping them out next day even though it had to be right before they closed. We received the parts next day and had the customer back up and running before lunch. I felt like PIH went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Thank you!
