I arrived on time for my appointment today at the puyallup location to see Dr. Ali. When I arrived I had to wait in line to be checked in which was fine until the receptionist came out several minutes after checking me in and said because I was ten minutes late I could not be seen. I told her I was not late I was waiting in line and had to go though at least 5 min of checking in because I was a new patient. The receptionist apologized but said Dr. Ali told her to tell me she could not see me because the computer said I checked in ten minutes late. Needless to say I will not be trusting my healthcare with a Doctor like that.

Wait time is touch and go. I expect doctors to see you on time just like they expect you to be there on time. Not Dr. Ali, who is also very unprofessional as she does not listen or take notes. I was repeatedly asked the same questions that were not necessary to ask at each visit. She does not follow up. She insinuated I was lying, again she does not listen. Her communication ability for a doctor is extremely lacking.

Don't bother. They have an extremely high rate of turn over. Every time I've gone, I've had a new Doctor which makes it difficult to establish yourself with them. On top of that, they now seem to have a practice of treating ALL patients like a text book rather than a person. Trying to deny my meds that I've been taking for years...and suddenly now they've decided I should be on something else. Sorry but I'm not a kickback for your drug reps, and my blood pressure is just fine on this medication. No thanks. I'll find a Doctor that wants to treat me, the person. No continuity of care with this practice.
