Actual repairs done on the car seem to be fine. My issue with this place was that they placed the old/crashed plastic pieces that they replaced in our trunk. I guess that means we’re supposed to dispose of them ourselves? I’m not from WA so maybe it’s not weird for shops to do that here. The second thing was that our car was ready for two entire days before we were called to pick it up, which caused us to pay 2 extra days for the rental we were using in the meantime.

5 stars! They got me in immediately and had my car done in a matter of days despite needing several panels and the hood painted! All staff are very kind. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Very happy with the job done on my Rav4. Very professional and friendly staff. From the minute I talked to front desk (Diane and Monica)they treated me with respect. Bobby was the main reason why I decided to work with pacific Motor Company. He's so professional, patience and friendly. I went to 2 other places before I decided on this place. The other 2 places treated me as if they were doing me a favor by me giving them my car to fix. Bobby was so patience, friendly and listened to all my concerns. They looked in to every single detail. And my car looks brand new again. Thank you Pacific Motor Company...
