I called for a quote and to make an appointment. When I said that I have some pet urine stains I was told that he can't remove stains. I said that's odd as I've had my carpet cleaned before and stains came out just fine. He then said "since your going to argue with me, find someone else to do your cleaning" and then hung up on me.
