Pacific Party Canopies did an awesome job with all our rentals for our wedding on a family property on Whidbey Island. We booked with them well in advance and they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the inevitable changes we made to our order leading up to the wedding. Their team showed up early on the delivery day and were extremely professional and kind. They unfortunately didn't quite get the order right as we had made a few small changes a few days prior, but they credited us back the price difference and it all worked out because we had a few COVID-related cancellations that meant we didn't need the handful of extra chairs we had ordered. The tent was absolutely beautiful, lighting was stunning, and the recommended layout they provided was perfect. Although rentals are pricey (especially delivery fees to an island), their high-peak tents were the same price as far less beautiful tents from other companies (think oversized tailgating tents for $2k!). Thank you PPC for your professionalism and beautiful rentals!

Pacific Party Canopies were fantastic to work with for our daughter's wedding on Whidbey Island. They were always available to answer our questions and very helpful as the wedding was being planned. The crew that came to set up the tent was amazing! They were efficient and worked incredibly hard to get everything just right. Thank you for everyone on your team!
