I had Pacific plumbing and drain services. Send someone out to fix my leak in my toilet, and to see if they could get my knob put back on correctly from the faucet in another bathroom that I had actually fixed myself. I believe it took twice as long as it needed to, and the technician did not really seem to know what he was doing. When I called to voice my concerns, I was informed that he was not a plumber, but I had been charged plumber rates on my invoice. He was some kind of a technician which I had never heard of before. All that needed to be done was a valve needed to be replaced in the toilet and the knob just needed to be put back on correctly and they charged me $336, and that would’ve actually been more down all the time he had been here. It would’ve been 500 and something dollars. Most of that time was him not really knowing what to do,I haven’t had a plumber come to my home in quite a few years. I had a really good private contractor plumber, but he has moved out of the area. I still have to look for another one. I will not be using this company again.
