Gary and his team are first class. We had a very pleasant experience with our first pool. We shopped around for a few pool builders in Bakersfield (Rock Bottom, Greecian, plus a few other local companies) and Pacific Pools went above and beyond our expecations, plus they had the best prices. Bill was extremely helpful throughout the process. The team worked together very well and were extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Their prices are EXTREMELY fair and they work FAST. We had our pool done in less than a month. I'm extremely impressed by Pacific Pools and their level of professionalism. They did not try to squeeze every dollar we had on "upgrades." I would suggest doing some research about pools and let them know exactly what you want, especially when they do the concrete (make sure they do enough do you have enough space for your loungers and day beds if you decide to add those). I would recommend shopping around and definitely give Pacific Pools a try. This is their first review and I'm quite suprised they don't have more so I really want to put these guys on the map.
