My cousin purchased all her appliances from Pacific Sales a few years ago and worked with Carlos Ramirez. I am in the middle of a remodel and she insisted for me to go to Pacific Sales in Chatsworth and ask for him. He was super patient and helpful but most importantly HONEST. We had a great experience shopping for a new fridge at Pacific Sales. Sam Picon gave us a very warm greeting, listened to what we were looking for and then tailored our shopping experience accordingly. He was very candid about which brands would work best and also gave us great details about some of the issues we might encounter by selecting certain models. He was polite, insightful and gave us all the facts we needed to make an informed purchase. Would highly recommend Pacific Sales for anyone looking for great appliance options at very reasonable pricing.
