As a healthcare worker with a physically demanding job, the last thing I needed was a workplace injury.

Both Bryan and Natalie were able to meet me where I was at, giving me home exercises between sessions and check-ins that kept me accountable for my rehab. Not only did they treat my physical injury but they also put my worry at ease and gave me hope of recovery.

With the anniversary of my injury this month, I can't thank both of you enough for helping me help myself!

Bryan and Natalie at Pacific Sports Rehab are excellent. Their practice is professional and comfortable. Over 5 months Bryan guided my recovery from a shoulder injury. He is easy to talk with and changed the exercises and stretches frequently to keep the work engaging and challenging. I enjoyed working with him and have fully recovered. I am back to doing all the activities I enjoy.

Natalie Allen is hands down one of the best upper extremity therapist in the business. She is well respected by her colleagues and has worked on me both times I needed the work done for my injuries. You can’t go wrong. She’s also a really cool person too :)
