This place is not family friendly. The bathroom is so small I had trouble giving my almost 2 year old a bath. The kitchen is so small and old that we did not feel comfortable cooking in it, so we ate out for all our meals and packed up the food we brought with us to go back home.
We could not even enjoy our back yard area with the picnic table because there were HUNDREDS of those "goat heads" that would get stuck to our dogs paws and we inevitably would track them in for my son to step on. I now know why all other places rip up the yard and plant new grass.
The toilet kept running which was an unpleasant thing to hear at all hours of the day. There was a giant hole in the wall to expose cobwebs, pipes, and the emergency shut off valve to the water. A little effort could have gone into making it so guests did not have to stare at that.
The couches smelled of body odor and you could see where previous liquids had been spilled. Our neighbors smoked cigarettes' all hours of the day so having to smell that and expose our son to that was irritating. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was maybe 6 inches from the bed to the walls all around the room. Just enough for you to shimmy your way to the bed and hope to not stub a toe.
Overall, we were anxious to leave this place and go home to shower.
