I am an anesthesiologist in Los Angeles who contracted with an anesthesia services group (Century Anesthesia Medical Group), who utilizes Pacific Surgical Billing for their anesthesia services.
My experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare. They are terrible in communication and organization. The associates are difficult to reach, and the CEO (Mark Brown) would fail to return my phone calls or follow up on my aging report (when he wasn't on vacation). Between September 2017 and April 2018, I spent more than 150 extra hours trying to reconcile missing cases.
It is important for all contractors to keep a log (and copy) of all their cases, and this is the ONLY reason I was able to follow-up and eventually collect on my cases with a different billing company.
No other billing company would treat you like this, and so I took my business (including the uncollected cases above) to RCMcLean.
