Wedding planner disappeared during wedding. Handed off to someone who we never met before. So unprofessional. Food came cold. Tables were not even set up. Flower vendor they provided to us was horrible; Guests came to the reception with flowers missing and physically witnessing the vendor place the flowers as they were sitting. All promises that did not get full-filled. Lack of detail. When the time was up, was extremely rude to me, the groom, that everyone must exit immediately, to the point that security was threatening calling the police. My party, including myself, were completely SOBER! The last Wedding Planner did not even know us; gave us a feeling that she wanted just to go home! We had to call the MAIN MANAGER numerous times to only get voice-mailed. Can you imagine our feelings on our most important day of our lives!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

It is a beautiful place. The environment was great. I was on the 22nd floor. The restrooms nice and clean. The bar tender was friendly as well as the rest of the staff. I was there for my nephew's wedding 💒.

We had our wedding at April and the process setting up until then was very streamlined and simple. They consistently contacted us every month to check in with us. The venue also offers events as well to preview how the venue will look during the reception. Brittney, Hannah and Logan are the sweetest people you can meet and were super helpful throughout the planning. Our officiant, Jonathan, was also super helpful and very funny and we’re so thankful he everyone was able to make a perfect and unforgettable day for us.
