Our visit today for exams and ordering glasses went very smoothly. Our optometrist, Griffith Sayles OD, was more than professional and detail oriented as he explained to us the results of our tests. Thank you to the first line/front desk person. She was courteous and most helpful!

The experience at Costco Optical was top notch. Dr. Sayles was informative, professional, efficient, thorough, and warm. The entire process was a positive experience. At the risk of sounding effusive, it was the best optician appointment I have ever had. He showed me the details of my eye scan conducted at the beginning of the exam by Madison and answered all of my questions.

Excellent! Professional! Highly Skilled! Dr. Sayles OD examined me. He had said he an idea why I had been having a problem for years in one eye. To my astonishment, he was right! He put the new correction on my prescription and showed me how well my vision actually can be. Awaiting my new glasses…Grateful to DR. Sayles and Pacific Vision Eyecare, Burlington, WA.
