Yes, I did have a wow experience. I was searching for a family minivan online, found one my wife and I really wanted. Called them up in the morning, went there, spoke with the owner over the phone, got a good deal, signed the documents, and walked out with the van all in less than 3 hours. It took longer for them to prepare the car and to sign the documents than making the deal and paying for the car. No hassle, straight to the point, no waste of time. Highly recommended.

Sam with Pacific West Imports made my car buying experience the best I've ever dealt with. He came through with what we agreed on and also was completely honest with everything. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a used car from Pacific West Imports and is hesitant. Excellent service and very nice staff.
