Good morning I am a cook at Pacific senior living country Crest. I highly recommend our facility for your loved ones. We are like family. I love my job. I get to work with amazing staff and our residents are the very best.its an Excellent environment. I am very happy to have our beloved Patricia back with us
My mother passed at 7:00 am on December 31, 2020 and when we arrived we were told that unless we had every cleaned out by the end of the day we would need to pay prorated rent for January. When we initially moved my mother into Pacifica we were told we would have three days to clean out the apartment. The culture Pamela has created is no longer what Pacifica stood for as she does not care for people.
The staff has cared for my mother and done a wonderful job until Pamela arrived. At this point I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
If you have a loved in the facility please be sure you are checking on them daily!!!
