Me gusta el servicio de la dueña y los empleados y si acaso la dueña se pone impaciente es porque alguna gente tiene todo el tiempo del mundo para buscar a quien le van a enviar o el número de cuenta al que van a depositar y se esperan hasta que llegan enfrente del mostrador para empezar a buscar dicha información o salen con su burrada de al mismo de la última vez como si fueran el único cliente que tiene

Rude lady!! Wouldn’t call me tell to tell me that the box couldn’t ship. And proceeds to yell at me in front of other customers! Worst customer service! won’t be coming back! Pathetic excuse of a business!

Do not go here! OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. My mom stopped going here because the owner would give her attitude for asking simple questions. I continued to come here because the other employees were nice. Today was the first time I met the owner and was in disbelief with the way she acted. When I walked in she was on the phone, instead of hanging up she just put her phone on speaker. It didn’t sound like a professional/important call more like gossiping. I wasn’t comfortable giving my personal info out loud because she was on the phone! Instead I tried showing it to her and she yelled at me to spell it out. I explained to her that I can show it to her. But she refused to and continued to yell. I asked for a manger and she said she was the owner. Save yourself some time and DO NOT GO HERE!
