I was in there today. And i’m not one to complain EVER but hands down this was the worst experience ever. Woman with curly hair and glasses treated me so rude. I was reading comments and i’ve seen like 20 about her from up to a year ago. She slams doors and yells and she got mad at me for standing and helping my sister with cloths and told me i can’t do that which i 100% can. She should be fired. This is seriously the worst i’ve EVER seen.

I went to Pac Sun on February 17th and I did not see any employees around. I went to checkout and there was two girls sitting on the ground behind the cashiers on their phones…very weird i’ve never seen this before and they didn’t look too happy to have to get up to check me out.

worker with curly hair and glasses is absolutely awful. there’s complaints on here about her from 10 months ago. why is she still employed?? if a worker is reading this i hope something is done. her actions are far from the excuse of having a bad day, she has been more than rude. drives lots of customers away
