Never order anything from this store, you won’t have a customer service. it was my first purchase for 3 identical sweatshirts with different sizes to try on and they are worth $300. After picking up the right one and trying to return the other 2 just 1 day after the delivery, I was shocked that the return was rejected and that the brand is not eligible for return due to high demand!!!!! You won’t see this restriction when submitting an order unless you scroll down to the product details section and search for the policy, it is not well exposed for the buyers. Contacting customer service was just time wasting so you wait and wait with no solutions even though I was flexible enough to get store credits. The same brand is sold by Nordstrom and it is returnable, my biggest mistake was trying PacSun, I will never again. This store is far away from other trustworthy stores, going back to Nordstrom

Would give zero stars. Don’t shop here, the employees are incredibly rude. Will never be back.
