PacSun dishonestly advertises "Buy one, get the second for 50% off" on all jeans and pants. We were in the store on Saturday and my son bought 2 pairs of pants and was not given the discount. When I asked why, the cashier said it was because one pair was men's and the other women's. Talk about GENDER DISCRIMINATION!! Will not allow my kids to shop there ever again.

I'm guessing it's just because it was in the mall but my daughter picked up 2 shorts with no price on them when we got to the cashier, he said they where on special. By one get one half off. My bill was $79!!! What? How much where the shorts you ask? $49 each. I picked up 2 board shorts and 3 shirts at another location for $70. It was upsetting.

This place really needs to improve their customer service. Makes me not wanna come here. The girl who rang me up didn’t even greet me or say a word to me. Some of the workers here have weird vibes like someone else in the reviews said. There’s also always only one cashier like the Dollar tree even when the line is long.
