If you want to focus on your business and leave the IT issues to professionals then you want to bring Pagoda on board. We thought our server was backing up all of our files but Pagoda came in and set everything up so that we are not only backed up on site, but off site, as well. They also have dealt with issues where our system was not communicating with our NC machines. We have been extremely pleased with the level of service and care we have received and highly recommend Pagoda Technologies.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Pagoda Technogies is. They are extremely responsive and keep our IT services running smoothly. They anticipate issues, and most often they have identified a problem and have a replacement part and technician on the way before I even get to the office and see the email. They work around our schedules, which can be difficult with employees working in multiple time zones in different countries. We also have both Mac and PC users, and they have experts on both. We have been with Pagoda for several years now, and plan to be for many more!
