I stayed at this beautiful hotel with my elderly mother. Our stay was perfect. The hotel and rooms are lovely. Avery and Andrew at the desk were available to help with all our inquiries with patience and kindness. The food and drinks were also spot on. William was our bartender and could not have been nicer. I would happily stay again when in Seattle and have recommended it to friends.

First off...location is perfect! Close to market, bars, restaurants & aquarium. Rooms are so small & very dark. Housekeeping is bad. We had zero shower gel first night. Second night they put 2 conditioners & no shampoo (husband had to go down to desk at 8 a.m. for shampoo. Towels were stained with something. Staff at desk & restaurant were very pleasant. Food was pretty good also. Rooms pricey.

Cute retro style boutique store just across Pike Place Market so location is nice. Walkable distance to many attractions by foot. That being said, if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. It's only 4 floors next to busy roads and a the market so expect some commotion 24/7. They do have earplugs in the rooms (we booked the deluxe king)
