4.5 Stars: The personnel were easy to work with and considerate of our needs. The QUOTE took over 2 weeks to receive, 1 month for rebuild. In today's industry and availability of parts and techs, I am not dis-satisfied with the turn around time. Just got unit back together, satisfied with trans rebuild. It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of working with someone in the yachting industry who was as much invested in the needs of the client as the company he works for. Mike Schwarz took my initial call, talked me through the issue I was experiencing with my troll function and then helped me diagnose the cause of the problem over a series of emails, texts and phone calls. Follow up was prompt, friendly and incredibly supportive. Once diagnosed, parts were ordered and delivered next day with further talk-through and assistance during the installation.
This simple solution was something that a previous vendor and shipyard had charged us multiple thousands of dollars to attempt to diagnose with no repairs made. It goes to show that when dealing with people who know what they're talking about, it can be possible to guide someone such as myself (with some basic tool knowledge) to get a job done.
