We had a sudden break of the lifting coil spring on one of our two garage doors recently. It effectively trapped one of our cars and changed our plans for the morning. Fortunately for us, Palms was able to send one of their master craftsmen, with a trainee, to release our captive vehicle, and rebuild the broken equipment within 3 hours of my first telephone call. They also do annual maintenance, so they were happy to make sure our other garage door was ready for more trouble free use. I found this company on FB. I messaged them there and received a phone call about 30min later letting know someone would call me back. A gentleman called me back as they said and asked for my address so we can meet later that day. He showed up on time took measurements and gave me a price. I paid a down payment and was told someone will be by on the date I chose. On that day I received a call at about 7:30am stating he would be here in 30min. He arrived, remove my old "lift up" style garage door and installed a completely new electric door all by himself within 3hrs time. He explained everything and was on his way. I couldn't ask for better service. I'm serious. I needed a new door, called them, they showed up and quoted, and installed it within 1weeks time from my initial message. 10 stars if I could...... complete service greatness.
