My two daughters and I have had massages by Kay many times dating back to 2017. One of my cousins went to her, as well, but stopped going for the reasons I will mention. She gives an excellent massage and she is very friendly, however, I do not recommend her.
I purchased a 10 pack bundle from her for $1,200 9/24/19. My daughter used 1 and I used 2 in September and 2 in October. Kay is often late or cancels. I got sick of it. I wanted my money back, but she gave me the run around for months. Then Covid hit.
I contacted Kay in 2022 to at least get the massages I paid for. I had 5 left. My other daughter used two of them. She had an infant at the time and it was hard to get away. Kay was very late for one of those massages, which stressed my daughter out. She cancelled another last minute. I made one for myself and she rescheduled it just a few hours prior, which did not work for me.
I told Kay I was moving out of CA in June and had wanted those massages completed in time. She did not honor my prepaid package. Since I’ve moved, I contacted her about paying me for the remaining three massages I paid for, $360. She said she only owes me for one and was not reimbursing me.
To sum it up, she is ALWAYS LATE, CANCELS OR RESCHEDULES LAST MINUTE. She talks the entire time and answers her phone during the massage. She is great at what she does, but I find her very unprofessional. Too bad. Nice lady but super flakey running a business.
