Dr.Goodrich & the nurses and staff are very friendly & welcoming! They are great with small children. Dr. Goodrich was very through in his evaluation & listened to my concerns regarding my child. He made me feel at ease & comfortable with the steps going forward! Great experience all around!

Palouse ENT is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Doctor Goodrich is incredibly accommodating & patient, especially when I have to bring all four of my kiddos in! I have never once felt rushed out of the office or like I was another patient to check off his list. He genuinely cares about his patients and provides exceptional care! I high recommend this office, especially if you have kids!

From calling in and talking to Kristen and seeing Dr. Goodrich the experience was wonderful! They got me in less than 24 hours after being seen In the ER and did a great job! I was nervous and in pain but Dr. Goodrich worked his magic and had the best bedside manner! Very impressed and grateful to this office!
