Orange chicken is burnt, hard and cold not edible. Customer service was disappointed they were rude and argued with me when I told them my kid was choking on their food. Only the cashier was kind and understanding. Never going back to this location.

This panda express location is just 👎👎👎👎👎 if I could give no stars I would. They're always late with online orders, it seems like they are under staffed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time I went my order wasn't ready like always and they shorter me in one of my plate sides so be sure to check you order/plates before you leave...just a bad experience everytime.

Went here because landlord suggested that this one gave more food compared to the one at Foster City.

Line was long, family feast costs 37 instead of the 30 at the other location, and the food is barely above the bottom plate and didn't reach the top of the box when closed.

Ingredients are a bit fresher than the Foster City one, so they at least got that right.

They also ask if you want to donate to kids during check out and announces your reply. I am pretty sure the donations are for kids much like the sign in their store that says "CCTV are here for YOUR protection".

TL:DR Fresh ingredients, less than generous servings, passive aggressive donation asking.
